SMU Caretalyst aims to educate, encourage and empower future leaders to make a difference in the community through meeting real social needs. Our three Community Service Projects— Project Illuminate, Project Enrich and Project Ai, aim to improve the holistic education and personal development of underprivileged children as well as empower and improve the quality of life of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs).

YOLO camp, our annual freshmen camp, aims to bring together like-minded, passionate and sincere individuals while inspiring the spirit of volunteerism in the school community. We seek to continue expanding our outreach to as many individuals of various social needs, inspiring the spirit of volunteerism in all we encounter, and spreading the Caretalyst culture to our volunteers and members. We create a community that transcends different batches, carrying our Caretalyst Spirit - Family.
